Caulking Specialists Company One Year Warranty
The extent of the warranty shall be the requirement to repair or
replace, without cost to the owner, any of the work found to be defective or not
in accordance to manufacturer's installation instructions. The warranty period
will be one (1) year to commence upon Substantial Completion. This is exclusive
of repairs due to movement beyond the capability of the sealant or normal wear.
The sealant is guaranteed to stay water and weather tight.
We warrant our products to be free of defects. Under this warranty, we will
provide, at no charge, product in containers to replace any product proven to be
defective when applied, tested and cured (if applicable), in accordance with our
written instructions, standards and applications recommended by us as suitable
for this product.
Caulking Care And Maintenance
Practically maintenance-free. If sealant is damaged, the bead may be removed and
the joint resealed with Dymeric. Procedures may vary, depending upon the
condition of the sealant and the joint. Your Tremco Representative can provide
effective maintenance procedures to replace damaged sealant.
