WARRANTY

CENTURA® Solid Surfacing, Inc. 12 Year Limited Warranty

General Warranty Guidelines: CENTURA® Solid Surfacing, Inc., the manufacturer, hereby warrants to the purchaser that CENTURA® solid surface products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the first twelve (12) years from the initial installation. The manufacturer, CENTURA®, shall only be liable under this warranty, if the product is installed by a factory "certified" fabricator and cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

The Manufacturer shall be liable for the repair of any CENTURA® product that fails through a manufacturing defect. This includes reasonable labor charges necessary to repair. Manufacturer shall not be liable for repairs resulting from the improper installation or fabrication after delivery of the product.

Residential Warranty: Under certain fabrication/installation conditions your investment shall be covered for a full 12 years after the initial installation, except for damages caused by physical abuse, excessive heat or breakage not due to a defect in the manufacture of the material or for failure of any adhesive, caulking or other accessory or failure of any caulked joint or filled seam. This warranty is transferable when the new owner writes CENTURA® to register the product under the new owners name and only for the remaining period of the warranty left after the initial installation.

The residential installed warranty applies to permanently installed CENTURA® surfaces:

* Purchased for residential use in the United States and Canada.

* Which have submitted a warranty registration with a certified fabricators/installers number.

* Which have not been removed from the original place of installation.

* Which are maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations for care and maintenance.

Commercial Warranty: The commercial warranty applies to permanently installed CENTURA® surfaces:

* Purchased for commercial use in the United States and Canada.

* Which have submitted warranty registration with a certified fabricators/installers number.

* Which are maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations for care and maintenance.

Specific Rights: CENTURA's® obligation hereunder is limited to the repair of, including reasonable labor charges, of the CENTURA® products purchased hereunder. No implied or expressed warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose is granted by this warranty except as expressly stated herein. CENTURA® shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or usability to use CENTURA® in Residential or Commercial applications as stated herein.
