SECURITY SYSTEM -RANGER AMERICA
WARRANTY
Ranger American Security Systems warrants that the products and installation of such shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation. This Warranty shall not apply to improper use, abuse of the products installed or acts of God. If a service call occurs whereby the products are found to operate properly, owner shall pay the current service call charge to Ranger American Security Systems.
RANGER AMERICAN SECURITY SYSTEMS SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM LOSS OF PROPERTY OR OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSSES OWNING TO THE FAILURE OF RANGER AMERICAN SECURITY SYSTEMS PRODUCTS BEYOND THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
RANGER AMERICAN SECURITY SYSTEMS MAKES NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANT ABILITY AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THE ONE(1) YEAR WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED HEREIN.
IMPORTANT: Ranger American products should be tested every month (under no circumstances less than every three months) to insure complete and proper operation and proper input and output connections. All warranty work will be performed during normal business hours. Emergency service is available after hours on a fee basis.
