Century Marble Lifetime Warranty
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in Century Marble products. Products must be installed and used in a proper manner, as specified by Century Marble's recommended instructions in order for the warranty to apply.
Who is covered?
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Century Marble products and commences on the date of original purchase. Coverage terminates when you sell your Century Marble product including the sale of your home or any property where your Century Marble product has been installed. In addition, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the limited warranty period. This includes any implied warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose and any other implied warranties. (Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.)
How long does coverage last?
This warranty lasts as long as you own your Century Marble product. Coverage terminates when you sell your Century Marble product including the sale of your home or any property where your Century Marble product has been installed. Coverage also terminates when you remove or reinstall your Century Marble product.
What does this warranty not cover?
Products damaged due to improper installation or use.
Damage which occurs to products after manufacturer's delivery.
Cracks or chips in surface, unless caused by defects in material or workmanship.
Slight imperfections, warpage and shade variations in products.
Transportation or cartage charges.
Damage due to water temperatures exceeding 140 degrees.
Any incidental or consequential damages. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)
What will Century Marble do to correct
problems?
Century Marble will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defect in material or workmanship. Century Marble will repair or replace products at Century Marble's place of business only. Century Marble's obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the repair and/or replacement of defective products. Century Marble will not pay for any removal, shipping, transportation, cartage or installation of products.
What must you do to correct problems?
You must notify Century Marble of any defect in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. You are responsible for all removal, shipping, transportation and cartage costs to return defective products to Century Marble. You are responsible for all shipping, transportation, cartage and installation costs associated with repaired or replacement products.
How do you obtain warranty service?
Notify Century Marble in writing of the defect.
Return products to Century Marble.
No agent, distributor, dealer or other person is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
